🌴 Position: Assistant Learning & Development Manager

As an Assistant Learning & Development Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of learning and development programs across the resort. You will work closely with department heads, managers, and team members to identify training needs and help create effective programs that improve employee performance and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist with developing and coordinating training programs for different departments, supporting employee onboarding and orientation, monitoring training participation, and helping evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
You may also assist in organizing leadership development activities, maintaining training records, coordinating workshops, and supporting a positive learning culture throughout the resort. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and presentation skills will be highly valuable in this position.
Candidate Profile
