Job Position: Cluster Recreation Supervisor
The Cluster Recreation Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining exceptional recreational facilities and services. This position involves supervising various leisure amenities while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction across assigned hotel properties.
Key Responsibilities of a Cluster Recreation Supervisor
- Supervise daily recreation, swimming pool, fitness, and leisure operations across assigned properties
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain luxury hospitality standards
- Monitor swimming pool cleanliness, safety procedures, and recreational equipment
- Coordinate recreation team schedules, staff responsibilities, and daily operational activities
- Maintain compliance with hotel health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Support recreation activities and wellness experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or equipment issues
- Train and motivate recreation employees to achieve operational excellence
- Collaborate with hotel management to improve efficiency and guest experiences
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in recreation supervision within luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool operations and recreational facilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of hospitality health and safety regulations
- Ability to supervise employees across multiple recreation facilities
- Strong customer service and guest relationship management skills
- Relevant hospitality, recreation, or sports management qualification preferred
- First Aid, CPR, or lifeguard certification is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Professional appearance and a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Previous experience in five-star hospitality environments preferred
