Key Responsibilities of a Food & Beverage Manager
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of Conrad Dubai’s dining operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquet facilities. Key operational duties include:
- Leading, training, and motivating a multicultural food and beverage team
- Developing innovative strategies to enhance revenue and profitability
- Managing departmental budgets, inventory, and cost-control procedures
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards and hygiene regulations
- Collaborating with culinary teams to refine menus and dining concepts
- Analyzing financial reports and operational performance metrics
- Organizing special events and promotional dining experiences
- Resolving guest concerns and maintaining service excellence
