Job Position: Housekeeping Attendant
The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the resort maintains its reputation for impeccable cleanliness and guest comfort. Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean, organize, and maintain guest villas, bathrooms, and assigned public areas according to luxury hospitality standards
- Replace bed linens, towels, toiletries, and essential guest amenities
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Ensure guest accommodations remain comfortable, welcoming, and professionally presented
- Report maintenance problems, damaged equipment, and lost property to supervisors
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests
- Follow hotel hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain housekeeping equipment, cleaning materials, and supply inventories
- Support colleagues in delivering exceptional guest services
- Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
- Strong attention to detail and excellent cleaning skills
- Basic English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding housekeeping tasks
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
