The Housekeeping Attendant will play an important role in maintaining the exceptional cleanliness, presentation and comfort standards expected at Waldorf Astoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest villas, bathrooms and assigned public areas while ensuring every space is presented to the highest standards. Responsibilities may include replenishing guest amenities and supplies, handling linen correctly, reporting maintenance concerns, and ensuring lost-and-found items are handled according to hotel procedures.
Guest privacy and personal belongings must always be treated with the highest level of care and professionalism. The Housekeeping Attendant should also respond politely to guest requests and work closely with supervisors and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. - Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
