Key Responsibilities of a Head Bartender
- Oversee daily bar operations and maintain service standards
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure consistent quality
- Develop and maintain cocktail menus and beverage offerings
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Monitor and control beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
